Shipping

After you have placed your order with us, you will receive a confirmation email. This email will include your order number, products you have ordered, delivery costs and shipping address. Once your order is in the “PROCESSING” OR “SHIPPED” stages, we cannot make any modifications to your order and it cannot be cancelled.

Delivery within Ireland may take 2 – 4 business days. We offer free shipping for orders over €50 in Ireland & N.Ireland. Please note, orders are not processed for shipment on weekends or public holidays. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an alert from us. You will receive a tracking number which can be tracked. Once your order leaves our warehouse if you have any queries about your order after it has been shipped please contact delivery company directly. We cannot accept responsibility for late deliveries that are due to circumstances out of our control.

In the unlikely event that your goods have been lost in transit, we are unable to refund or re-send goods until we have completed our enquiries. We deem items to be ‘lost’ if you have not received them after 15 working days of them being sent. Our enquiries can take up to 10 working days, as a trace will need to be issued to track your goods. In most circumstances, this will be resolved sooner.
If your delivery address is within the EU, no additional taxes will be charged to you. If your delivery address is outside of the EU you may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are levied once a delivery reaches your destination country. Any such additional charges must be borne by you. You should note that customs policies and practices vary widely from country to country. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for information. In respect of all goods dispatched to you to an address outside of the EU, you are deemed to be the importer of the goods and must therefore comply with all the laws and regulations of the country into which the goods are being delivered.
